I believe that an empowered parent is the heart of a flourishing home, but it's nearly impossible to feel empowered when you are running on empty.
With over eight years of experience in pediatric healthcare and an educational background in child development, I have dedicated my career to understanding the science of how children grow. But it wasn't until I became a Mom myself that I truly understood the exhaustion- the kind that makes you lose sight of the confident parent you want to me. 




I founded this venture to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and the honest, messy reality of parenting. My mission is to provide you with more than a sleep plan; I want to give you the knowledge and confidence to foster restorative sleep for your child, so you can reclaim your energy and your joy.

I'm probably driving my kids to dance, soccer, gymnastics or the millions of other activities they have while attempting to train our overactive (yet adorable) puppy. If it's a perfect day I didn't have to reheat my coffee three times and made it to the gym… I’m a huge fan of  family board game nights, soccer Saturdays, toddler giggles, and celebrating even the tiniest parenting wins — like my kids actually eating dinner and surviving another day of chaos.

Outside of everything sleep, I'm either volunteering at my kids schools, wishing I was on a beach somewhere or making homemade sourdough bread... all while wrangling our puppy.
